Outage Information
Reporting an Outage
When your power goes out, there's a few things you can do to help us in restoring your power as quickly as possible:
-
Check your panel box (breaker or fuse) and make sure nothing has tripped or blown.
-
If possible, check with neighbors to see if they have a power outage as well.
-
Call the Office at 315-893-1851 to report an outage, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
-
Please have your name, service location, current telephone number, and account number ready to give to a Member Services Representative.
-
Please let us know if you heard or saw anything that may help us locate the cause of the outage
